JULIA DI PAOLO is a pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Julia's focus is on the pelvic floor and its relationship to the rest of the body, specifically with diastasis in the pregnant and postpartum populations. Her Toronto practice is mainly pre and postnatal women of all ages and focuses primarily on prepping for birth, restoring form and function to the abdominal wall, recovering from diastasis, pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence and prolapse.  She is the author of “the Labour and Birth Handbook” and co-author of Pregnancy Fitness.
